Senior 3D Visualizer

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for composition, lighting, and material realism. You will be responsible for translating conceptual drawings and ideas into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders that help our clients visualize the final product.

You will act as the bridge between technical design and visual storytelling, ensuring that every image produced aligns with our design intent and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Modeling & Texturing: Create detailed 3D models based on architectural plans (CAD/Revit), sketches, or mood boards. Apply high-quality textures and materials to achieve photorealism.
• Lighting & Rendering: Set up realistic lighting scenarios (daylight, artificial, interior/exterior) and manage the rendering process to produce high-resolution imagery.
• Post-Production: Perform post-processing in Photoshop to enhance lighting, contrast, and color balance, and to add lifestyle elements (people, vegetation, backgrounds).
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback quickly.
• Asset Management: Build and maintain a library of 3D assets (furniture, textures, environments) to streamline future workflows.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest software updates, rendering techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve visual quality.

Required Skills & Proficiency

• 3D Software: Expert proficiency in [Insert primary software, e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Maya].
• Rendering Engines: Strong command of [Insert engine, e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Enscape].
• Post-Production: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Technical Reading: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (AutoCAD/Revit files) and design specifications.
• Real-Time (Optional but preferred): Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity for interactive walkthroughs is highly desirable.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 1-6 years of experience in 3D visualization, architectural illustration, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic rendering capabilities, specifically in [Interior / Exterior / Product] visualization.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, 3D Arts, or equivalent experience.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
