Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead the preparation of architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details). Translate design concepts into technical documents for permits, tenders, and construction. Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with codes and standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Conduct quality checks and manage revisions as needed. Mentor junior draftsman and mid draftsman. Attend site visit to verify work and resolve coordination issues. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and regulations. Technical Key Skills & Education Requirement: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting. Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Suite). Strong understanding of construction techniques, detailing, and architectural documentation. Proven experience in producing full sets of working drawings and coordinating across disciplines. In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction regulations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
