· Organize and conduct all PMC/ PCMC/ PMRDA visits. · Submission of all documents to PM<C/ PCMC/ PMRDA at regular intervals as per the progress of the project. · If any document is pending for submission take follow up with Co-Ordinator for timely submission to avoid delays of sanctions. · Regular follow up with PMC/PCMC/ PMRDA to obtain sanctions in time for execution of the project till possession. · Ensure all NOC are obtained in time from various regulatory authorities such as Fire, lift and pollution board. · Communicate regularly about the movement of files with PMC/ PCMC/ PMRDA for getting sanctions in time. · Maintain good relations with all departments of PMC/ PCMC/ PMRDA responsible in issue of NOC at various stages of the project. Manage Materials : Order and manage construction materials, ensuring a steady supply without excessive overstock. Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction, including disputes between workers or unexpected obstacles.
