A Square Architects is a multidisciplinary design and project consultancy firm based in Pune, specializing in architecture, interior design, project planning, and redevelopment solutions. We focus on delivering innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Our expertise spans strategic project planning, aesthetic and functional interior designs, comprehensive liasoning, and redevelopment projects, including urban renewal initiatives. With a deep understanding of Pune’s real estate landscape, we assist top developers in executing high-quality, compliant, and future-ready projects from concept to completion.

Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Draughtsman role, and the position is on-site at our Pune office. The Senior Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all designs meet regulations and standards. They will also assist in modifying existing drawings, creating working drawings, and providing technical support during the execution of projects.

Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
Experience in architectural drafting and creating working drawings
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulatory procedures
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Minimum of a diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of professional experience in a similar position is preferred
