• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans and specifications.
• Supervise Workers: Lead and instruct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align site activities with project goals.
• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect the site for safety hazards and compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing any issues immediately.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports to track project status.
• Manage Materials: Order and manage construction materials, ensuring a steady supply without excessive overstock.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction, including disputes between workers or unexpected obstacles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
