Job Description Responsible for developing architectural designs from concept to completion, incorporating client requirements and project objectives. Prepares detailed architectural drawings and plans, integrating MEP and structural services from concept to working drawings. Produces comprehensive construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and technical details. Ensures compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations. Prepares and submits permit applications. Coordinates with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Conducts site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to design specifications. Manages project timelines and budgets. Liaises with clients to understand requirements, deliver design solutions, and provide regular project updates. Qualification Diploma in Architecture Experience 5+ years Skills AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
