Senior Architectural Draughtsman

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Architect with strong experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The role involves design leadership, project coordination, and ensuring architectural excellence from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development and detailed project planning
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Oversee drawings, specifications, and compliance with local regulations
• Manage a team of junior architects and designers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree/Diploma in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in high-rise projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and presentation tools
• Strong design sense and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sr. Architectural Draughtsman: 8 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• B ARCH/MARCH/DIPLOMA (Required)
