Senior Architectural Draughtsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and keen attention to detail, capable of leading the preparation of precise architectural working drawings, Municipal drawings, construction documentation, and coordinating design integration with multidisciplinary teams.

Role & responsibilities

Prepare Sales plans, Project Presentation, Municipal drawings, Parking allotment drawings, Environmental Clarence drawings and documents.

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details in accordance with design intent and industry standards.
• Review and interpret building specifications, architectural plans, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate extensively with Design Architect, Municipal Architect, EC Consultant, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) consultants to incorporate revisions, resolve design conflicts, and ensure seamless design integration.
• Modify and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle, managing drawing version control and documentation of changes.
• Conduct site visits to gather information, perform measurements, and ensure drawings align with existing conditions and construction progress.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior drafters, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Ensure all drawings and project documentation comply with local and international building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design concepts and proposals.
