Key Responsibilities

• 3D Design & Visualization

• Translate conceptual sketches, mood boards, and creative briefs into detailed 3D designs.

• Design and model stages, installations, entry arches, lounges, pavilions, exhibition booths, and other spatial experiences.
• Create realistic renders and walkthroughs that capture the look, feel, and lighting of the proposed space.

• Technical Detailing & Execution

• Develop working drawings, material boards, and design details for fabrication teams.

• Ensure the designs are production-feasible and optimized for on-ground execution.
• Collaborate with set designers and fabricators to resolve spatial and structural challenges.

• Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with conceptualisers and visualisers

   to bring the creative vision to life.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design perspectives that enhance the storytelling and spatial narrative.
• Incorporate feedback from creative directors and clients seamlessly into revised outputs.

• AI & Digital Integration

• Use Gen-AI tools

   (Midjourney, Kaedim, Runway, etc.) to explore material finishes, lighting moods, or alternate design treatments.
• Stay abreast of new visualization technologies such as Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or AI-assisted rendering platforms.

Skill Requirements

• Strong command of 

  3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Cinema4D

   for 3D modelling and rendering.
• Proficiency in 

  V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Unreal Engine

   for high-quality rendering and lighting.
• Working knowledge of 

  Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

   for post-production and presentation.
• Understanding of 

  event production, materials, fabrication methods, and scale.

• Familiarity with Gen-AI and visualization tools

   for concept exploration and efficiency.

• Passionate about 

  bringing ideas to life visually

   and ensuring creative intent is preserved through execution.
• Experienced in 

  large-scale events, exhibitions, festivals, and installations.

• Comfortable collaborating with conceptualisers, graphic designers, and production teams.

Preferred Background

• Degree or Diploma in 

  Exhibition Design / Spatial Design / Interior Design / Event Design / 3D Visualization.

• Experience working with 

  event agencies, production houses, or architectural visualization firms.

• A strong portfolio showcasing 

  event renderings, stage designs, thematic environments, and experiential spaces.

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent visual presentation skills.
• Strong time management — able to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Team player with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Open to experimentation and integrating AI or new tools into workflow.
