About the role

We are seeking a mid-level Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling medium to large-scale projects, with strong conceptual and technical design skills. 

Indicative Duties & responsibilities

• Lead design development and coordinate with consultants. 
• Prepare working drawings and construction documentation. 
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent execution. 
• Manage client presentations and design reviews. 
• Prepare detailed drawings, reports, design documentation, Detailed Project Reports and Knowledge of BOQs is a plus. 

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, 3D Max is a plus. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong conceptual and technical design skills with the ability to handle medium to large-scale projects independently. 
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of 3ds Max and BOQ preparation is an added advantage. 
• Sound understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and consultant coordination. 
• Effective communication and presentation skills for client interactions and design reviews. 
• Ability to manage site execution, ensure design intent, and prepare detailed reports and project documentation.
