Architect

Job Description: Architect (1–3 Years Experience) – LATN Academy

LATN Academy is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 1–3 years of experience to support our architecture-focused training programs and real-time project guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, drawing skills, and a good understanding of architectural standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and guide students in architectural concepts, drafting, and design workflows
• Assist learners in understanding real project processes such as site analysis, planning, section/elevation development, and detailing
• Prepare architectural drawings, documentation sets, and conceptual presentations
• Review and evaluate student work, providing clear feedback and corrections
• Develop training materials and support project-based learning modules
• Collaborate with the academy team for academic planning and architecture-related workshops
• Maintain updated knowledge of building rules, codes, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, or drafting
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one architectural design software (Revit/SketchUp/etc.)
• Solid understanding of building regulations, design standards, and construction drawings
• Good communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of BIM tools (Revit)
• Experience in preparing working drawings and municipal drawings
• Ability to convert concepts into clean, accurate technical drawings
