Semiconductor OSAT Trainer

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Semiconductor OSAT Training Instructor

to deliver theoretical training in semiconductor assembly, testing, and packaging. The

instructor will be responsible for developing course content, delivering Technical training,

assessing student performance, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

• Key Responsibilities:

 Design and deliver classroom and lab-based training sessions on semiconductor

processes such as back grinding, wire bonding, molding, testing and packaging.

 Train students/employees on safe and efficient use of equipment used in

semiconductor assembly and test.

 Develop training materials, manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and

assessments.

 Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback and support for skill improvement.

 Coordinate with industry experts to align training with current technological

practices and industry requirements.

 Maintain laboratory tools, ensure safety standards, and assist in procurement of

training materials.

 Conduct online and offline training sessions as required.

 Prepare reports on training effectiveness and trainee performance.

• Qualifications:

 B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or related

disciplines.

 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, or training.

 Strong understanding of semiconductor processes, cleanroom practices, ESD safety,

and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).

 Experience with machines like wafer back grinder, wire bonder, flip chip equipment,

and test handlers is preferred.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Desirable Skills:

 Prior experience in technical training or academic instruction.

 Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment maintenance and

troubleshooting.

 Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies like automation, data analytics in

semiconductor field.

 Certification in Instructional Design, Skill Development, or relevant industry

certifications.

Reporting To: Head of Training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
