Semi-Qualified Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in convening and conducting Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and Committee Meetings.
• Prepare draft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance filings with ROC/MCA.
• Support in preparation and filing of annual returns, forms, and other statutory documents.
• Assist in handling corporate governance and compliance requirements under Companies Act, 2013.
• Liaise with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Keep updated with changes in corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

• Semi-qualified Company Secretary (completed Executive level, pursuing Professional stage).
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work.
• Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and ROC compliances.
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with compliance software/portals.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in assisting with listed company compliances will be an advantage.
• Exposure to FEMA/SEBI regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
