Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary job located in Gurugram. The Semi-Qualified Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting in corporate governance, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining company records, and preparing documentation for board meetings. Additional responsibilities include filing necessary returns with regulatory bodies, conducting research on legal and regulatory updates, and supporting the senior management in various corporate secretarial functions.
