Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary job located in Gurugram. The Semi-Qualified Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting in corporate governance, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining company records, and preparing documentation for board meetings. Additional responsibilities include filing necessary returns with regulatory bodies, conducting research on legal and regulatory updates, and supporting the senior management in various corporate secretarial functions. Qualifications Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements Experience in maintaining company records and preparing board meeting documentation Understanding of regulatory bodies and filing necessary returns Research skills to stay updated with legal and regulatory changes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and onsite in Gurugram Experience in the iron and steel industry is a plus A semi-qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience Show more Show less
