Sellout Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sellout Manager for Apple B2B operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience as a promoter in the mobile industry and must have hands-on experience in training promoters or retail staff. This role will focus on driving secondary sales, managing promoter performance, and ensuring strong sellout from retail counters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Apple product promoters across multiple retail counters in Kochi.
• Conduct regular training sessions for promoters and dealer staff on Apple products and sales techniques.
• Track and improve sellout performance at store level.
• Support B2B dealers in achieving monthly sellout targets.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and provide on-ground coaching to promoters.
• Act as a liaison between the distributor, promoters, and retail partners.
• Share periodic sellout performance reports and field insights with the management team.
• Coordinate with the Apple field team and internal sales support for smooth execution of market activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a promoter in the mobile/consumer electronics industry.
• Prior training or team handling experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about technology, especially Apple products.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willing to travel locally for field visits across Kochi.
