Job Description

Develop and execute customized sell-out programs for brand stores, Modern Trade/Regional Retail, and multi-brand outlets.
Collaborate with agencies to develop strong retail and in-store brand visibility communications and designs.
Manage Consumer Finance programs and assist with department administrative tasks.
Analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities or corrective actions.
Manage sell-out budget for assigned channels and develop on-ground marketing programs to improve store visibility and walk-ins.
Work with store managers, sales consultants, promoters/vendors, and agencies to ensure excellent on-ground execution of sell-out programs.

Job Requirements

Prior experience in the Retail Industry, preferably in handling in-store branding and consumer activations.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a retail environment.
Experience working with creative agencies for on-ground creative requirements.
Ability to manage scale of operations and lead teams effectively.
Strong leadership and administrative skills.
Familiarity with managing budgets and driving business growth.
