Job Description

  • As a

    Security Sales Executive

    , you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of cutting-edge security systems and services to both businesses and individuals. You will play a critical role in identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their unique challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue potential clients via networking, cold outreach, digital channels, and industry events.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Client Engagement

  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess client security needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing consultative support and solutions.

3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

  • Deliver persuasive, solution-oriented presentations and demos.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Tech4Logics security offerings.

4. Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation

  • Prepare detailed proposals and competitive quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving targets.
  • Sales experience specifically in

    security products and solutions

    (e.g., Network, Application, Cloud Security).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in B2B security solution sales or related industries.
  • Familiarity with consultative or value-based selling techniques.
  • Proficiency with virtual selling platforms like Zoom or MS Teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
  • Experience using CRM and market analytics tools to drive sales strategies.
