Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs to optimize results.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to produce engaging and on-brand digital assets.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives and interns.
• Oversee website and landing page optimization for lead generation and conversion.
• Manage client communications, strategy reviews, and reporting deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 47 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/CRM systems, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
