Security Operations Manager – Facilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee security operations across multiple facility sites in Noida & Delhi NCR.
• Plan, implement, and monitor security strategies, SOPs, and deployment models.
• Supervise security supervisors and guards; ensure discipline, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate closely with

  housekeeping and facility management teams

  for integrated operations.
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Handle client coordination, escalations, and incident management effectively.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, company policies, and client SLAs.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, incident reports, and manpower deployment data.
• Support recruitment, training, and induction of security staff.
• Monitor field operations and travel regularly across assigned locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience

  in

  security operations within the facility management industry

  .
• Strong experience in

  security operations, security facilities, and housekeeping coordination

  .
• Proven leadership and multi-site team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency handling.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the North Zone.

• Ex-Servicemen will be given preference

• Ex-Naik / Ex-Havildar
• Ex-Subedar
• Ex-Soldier
• Ex-Carnal / Ex-Brigadier (advantage)

• Background in handling large security teams across corporate, commercial, or residential facilities.
• Local candidate from

  Noida / Delhi NCR

  preferred.
