Role Overview

We are looking for a Security Supervisor/Officer to take full charge of the security operations at Woods Hospitality, Valsad. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10 security personnel, maintaining the highest level of discipline, and ensuring strict compliance with all security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the security team to ensure high standards of vigilance and discipline.
• Prepare and manage duty rosters, ensuring optimal deployment of security personnel.
• Conduct regular patrolling and surprise checks to maintain property safety.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems, ensuring all incidents are immediately acted upon and reported.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and emergency procedures, and lead responses during critical situations.
• Handle and investigate security incidents, accidents, thefts, or breaches with detailed reporting to management.
• Enforce security SOPs without compromise, ensuring zero tolerance for negligence or policy violations.
• Coordinate and guide the team during VIP visits, guest interactions, and high-traffic events.
• Conduct regular drills (fire, evacuation, emergency) to ensure preparedness.

Requirements

• 4–6 years’ experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain discipline and authority.
• Strict and uncompromising on rules, policies, and SOPs — no exceptions or leniency.
• Excellent observation and decision-making abilities.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work in shifts.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with management and staff.
