Security Officer – Pinnacle Blooms Network (Hyderabad)

Position Overview:
The Security Officer will safeguard the physical premises, assets, staff, children, and visitors of the Pinnacle Blooms Network Center. Beyond standard security duties, this role is pivotal in observing, listening, and discreetly reporting critical insights to the National Care Center (NCC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) to help prevent risks, protect the organization’s interests, and support business growth. The role requires a high level of alertness, integrity, and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Security & Safety Duties
Monitor entry/exit points, visitor movements, and access control at the center.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises, therapy rooms, and assets are secure.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in line with Pinnacle protocols.
Ensure compliance with visitor management and safety procedures.
2. Intelligence & Observational Duties (Internal Core Function)
Identify & report early warning signs of potential parent dissatisfaction, hesitation in continuing services, or concerns about therapy outcomes.
Observe and discreetly flag any misuse, mishandling, or theft of therapy materials, equipment, or center property.
Detect and report behavioral or professional lapses in therapists, caretakers, or admin staff that may be against the best interests of the organization.
Watch for data security risks, such as unauthorized photography, data leakage, or document mishandling.
Spot and communicate business opportunities, such as potential referrals, parent interest in additional services, or partnership leads.
3. Risk Prevention & Reporting
Maintain a daily observation log and incident reports, forwarding critical information to SOC Officers, SOC Managers, and NCC in real time.
Highlight recurring operational risks, safety hazards, or security loopholes with actionable recommendations.
Assist in enforcing compliance with Pinnacle’s safety, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security, preferably in healthcare, education, or high-footfall public facilities.
Strong observation skills, situational awareness, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Ability to communicate clearly in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
Physically fit and alert for continuous active duty during shift hours.
Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring, visitor access control, and emergency procedures.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior service in police, armed forces, or corporate security.
