📢 Job Opportunity – Chief Security Officer (CSO) Location: Bhubaneswar & Balasore, Odisha. Company: Taksh Group. About the Role: We are looking for a highly disciplined and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage the security operations of our office premises. The ideal candidate will come from an Ex-Army background, be physically fit, and possess a valid pistol license. He will be responsible for ensuring safety, implementing security policies, and managing the overall security framework of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols. Ensure round-the-clock safety of employees, customers, and company property. Supervise, train, and monitor security personnel and assign duty schedules. Conduct regular security audits, drills, and risk assessments. Manage CCTV operations, access control systems, and security equipment. Coordinate with local law enforcement authorities for compliance and emergency response. Investigate and report any suspicious activities, theft, or breaches. Provide crisis management support in case of emergencies. Maintain detailed documentation of security operations and incident reports. Requirements: Ex-Army/Navy/Air Force personnel (mandatory). Valid Pistol License is compulsory. Minimum height: 5 feet 10 inches with a proportionate and fit body structure. Strong leadership skills with the ability to command and manage a team. Excellent knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and problem-solving ability. Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Preferred). Additional certifications in Security Management will be an advantage.
