Security Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined, proactive, and tech-savvy Security Manager (Ex-Serviceman) to oversee and lead security operations across multiple locations including terminals, logistics sites, school premises, and the drumming unit. The candidate will head all security guards and manage all security agencies to ensure round-the-clock vigilance, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations & Leadership

• Lead and manage all security personnel deployed across various sites.
• Supervise and coordinate with multiple security agencies, ensuring proper deployment and discipline.
• Ensure efficient manpower planning and duty rosters for guards across all units.

2. Surveillance & Vigilance

• Monitor, analyze, and review CCTV footage regularly for surveillance, safety, and incident investigation.
• Ensure all surveillance systems (CCTV, access controls, alarms, digital logs) are fully functional.

3. Site-Wise Security Oversight

• Maintain security operations for terminal, logistics firm, school sites, and drumming unit.
• Conduct regular site inspections, security audits, and vulnerability assessments at each location.
• Ensure safe movement of vehicles, materials, and personnel at logistics and terminal areas.
• Ensure safeguarding of students, staff, and school property in school premises.

4. Incident Management

• Respond quickly to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and share with senior management.

5. Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with local police, government bodies, security vendors, and emergency services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory guidelines.
• Regularly train guards on emergency procedures, technology usage, and discipline.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ex-Serviceman (mandatory preference) with strong field and leadership experience.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CCTV systems, digital surveillance, and security software.
• Strong communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and large security teams efficiently.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and proactive.
• Experience handling logistics/industrial premises and school security will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
