Executive - Operations

As a Sr Executive/Assistant Manager at Halol location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the plant warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing staff schedules, site logistics, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal operations. - Coordinating between departments such as HR, logistics, procurement, safety, etc., to streamline communication and processes. - Ensuring production/service targets and deadlines are met while upholding high quality standards. - Conducting internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and industry-specific regulations. - Maintaining documentation and records required for audits or inspections. - Leading safety training sessions and ensuring that employees adhere to safety protocols. - Investigating incidents or near misses and implementing corrective actions promptly. - Generating compliance reports, operational summaries, and incident logs to track performance. - Reporting non-compliance issues and assisting in resolving them effectively. - Communicating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and clients to foster strong relationships. - Demonstrating excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in plant warehouse operations. - Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. - Proven track record of meeting production/service targets while maintaining quality standards.
