Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Administrator with 10+ years of experience in data, system, and application security , specifically within the banking domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks to safeguard sensitive financial data and critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage security operations across data, systems, and applications. Design and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices in compliance with banking regulations. Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and incident response. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure secure banking operations. Implement data protection strategies, including encryption, access control, and monitoring. Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on experience in information security, with strong expertise in data security in banking environments. In-depth knowledge of security tools, SIEMs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure application development practices. Familiarity with regulatory requirements like PCI-DSS, GDPR, RBI Guidelines, etc. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Show more Show less
