Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the security team to ensure effective protection of company assets.
Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to prevent losses and damages.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to resolve security issues.
Train and guide employees on security procedures and best practices.
Monitor and report any security incidents or breaches to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security principles, laws, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
