Security Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Executive to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in security management, with a strong background in handling security operations.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of security operations, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm response.
• Develop and implement effective security protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to respond to incidents and resolve security issues.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reports and witness statements.
• Train and guide security staff on security procedures and best practices.

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex security data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively.
• Familiarity with security equipment, including alarms systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems.
