1 Role** Security Engineer - ZScaler

2 Required Technical Skill Set** zScaler, Proxy,

3 Desired Experience Range** 4 to 7 years

5 Location - Chennai, Pune

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Must have 4 to 7 years of IT network experience with strong exposure to Infrastructure security, Proxy.

2. Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in designing and implementing Zscaler solution. 3. Ability to gather required information to arrive with an optimal solutions.

4. Ability to create test cases for validating the solution to cover various scenarios

5. Good hands on experience in migrating proxy solutions to zscaler solution

6. Extensive hands on designing and Integrating zscaler solution with existing authentication servers using protocols such as LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active directory.

7. Extensive hands on creating global and region specific Control & communication policies for end user.

8. Experience in deploying and supporting forward proxy, explicit and transparent Web Content Filtering / Web Proxy configurations

9. Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols (WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc.)

10. Good to have certifications in web content filtering like CCSP, CEH, etc

11. Should have good amount of project experience, able to understand job requirements quickly and equip to work on the project

12. Should be more flexible in adapting oneself to project and able to meet the deliverables. Good-to-Have

1. Good analytical and debugging skills

2. Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status

3. Exposure on Agile methodology, ITIL framework Domain knowledge

4. Good knowledge and experience on AD, Network and Firewall

5. Good documentation skill with network architecture drawing experience with Microsoft Visio to prepare and update diagrams.

6. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Fluent in reading, writing and conversing in English/Japanese languages to establish good coordination and communication with offshore teams and Customer CST 2017 JD Ver 2.0

2 Able to understand the requirements and work on solution approach / project deliverables as per given schedules.

3 Participating meeting with CAB for technical reviews, status updates, and communicating issues

4 Daily operations involved incident, change and problem ticket solving.

5 Should be willing to work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations including weekend / holidays.

6 Should be able to co-ordinate with different vendors to solve the on going issue.

7 joining critical and high priority tickets for during major / potential major incidents
