Job Description

Experience in a leadership position in Data Management or Analytics & Insights domain.
Responsible for defining the Strategic plan and goals for the department and for realizing the same.
Responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for the services delivered from the department.
Responsible for the Performance management of the department.
Responsible for the operational excellence of the department.
Responsible for inspiring, mobilizing and channeling the energy of employees and colleagues to make sure everybody is committed to reaching the objectives set through inspirational leadership.
Responsible for the set up and follow up of the Steering and Governance process for the department.
Responsible for the constant creation and development of human potential for the future to enable the department to pursue sustainable growth.
Responsible for synergy with other departments, to contribute maximally to the global process.
Responsible for following and acting on market trends so that we remain sufficiently innovative and competitive as a management.
Responsible for promoting values so that each employee knows, supports and consciously applies them.
Responsible for aligning and communicating the mission, the ambitions and strategic objectives of the Group and aligning the department goals with the same.
