GWS Administrator

Job Responsibilities

Customize the architecture of mail-flow and other GW services in co-existence with the other systems.

Reporting GW reports and audit logs and work with tools for troubleshooting and Security dashboards.

Interact with clients to identify problems; research answers; guide clients through corrective steps to help resolve issues, inquiries, concerns, and requests about cloud products and services.

Identify any risks associated while moving the customer to a cloud based productivity service and provide the necessary steps to mitigate them.

Being customer centric and empathetic towards their needs; develop and sustain productive customer relationships.

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Support the roll-out of new applications.

Providing high quality service to customers and meeting the SLA; Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.

Prioritize and manage multiple open cases at a given point of time.

Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.

Mobile and desktop Management.

Analyse security of data services with existing policies.

Qualification

Ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Product knowledge of Google Workspace with understanding of how it can be deployed in coexistence with other systems.

In-depth knowledge of Google's security & compliance protocols, Enterprise features of DLP, Malware & spam protection, security recommendations, Security stand points of Workspace.

Google's MDM knowledge along with the competitor ecosystem.

Extensive Hands-on experience on Admin Console.

Implementation pros & cons knowledge.

Readiness to work in a 24X7 environment

GWS Admin certification or planning to give in next 60 days.
