What You Must Have
- Minimum of 2+ years of quality assurance manual testing, planning and executing testing for large, complex multi-tier applications.
- Experience in JIRA/Azure Dev Ops/Rally/QC-ALM/SNOW or equivalent tools for Test Case Management and Defect Management.
- Experienced in Agile and scrum methodologies and knowledge of agile tools
- Experience creating test cases, defects and other quality assurance work products.
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, software testing best practices, and quality metrics.
- Familiarity with manual testing tools.
- Must possess a team player attitude.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on delivering accurate, high-quality assignments and projects.
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, people skills, negotiation, coordination, planning, presentation skills, facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with the BDD approach and Exploratory testing.
