SEO Specialist – Full-Time

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, building backlinks, and analyzing web traffic. The role also includes implementing on-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings. This position is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad.

• Manage end-to-end SEO campaigns including keyword research, meta optimization, and traffic analysis
• Plan and execute keyword strategies to boost organic visibility
• Build high-DA backlinks through strategic link acquisition
• Monitor UX/UI and optimize conversion rates
• Publish blogs, create web pages, and support SEO-driven content creation
• Track performance using GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager & Looker Studio
• Use SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Analyze competitors and adapt strategies accordingly
• Prepare audits, reports, and strategic documentation
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and adjust SEO tactics
• Mentor junior SEOs and promote best practices
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and writers
• Provide SEO insights for content planning and execution
• Work with platforms like WordPress and Shopify

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Local SEO
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C SEO strategies
• Strong communication skills with international clients (USA, UK, Australia preferred)
• Proficiency in keyword research, link building, and social media marketing
• Skilled in conducting SEO audits and interpreting analytics
• Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, writers, social media)
• Strong analytical mindset and time management skills
• Excellent presentation and reporting abilities
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
