Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven and highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that help our websites rank on Google's first page for competitive keywords. You will work closely with our content, design, and development teams to ensure every project meets search engine best practices and delivers measurable improvements in traffic and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential ranking opportunities.
• Create and execute on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, images, internal links, and content structure.
• Develop and manage off-page SEO, including high-quality link-building campaigns, guest posting, and outreach strategies.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide clear action plans for resolving site issues (indexing, crawling, speed, mobile usability).
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Track and report on keyword rankings, traffic, backlinks, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and website copy.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role with a portfolio of ranking successes.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, content marketing, and link-building.
• Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Knowledge of technical SEO concepts like schema markup, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Understanding of PPC advertising and how SEO fits into a broader digital strategy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
