ASLE Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., based in Jaipur, is an emerging player in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a seasoned SEO Specialist to join our in-house team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and boost online visibility for pharmaceutical products and wellness content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for our website and product pages.

Conduct technical SEO audits and implement best practices for on-page and off-page optimization.

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for search engines.

Collaborate with the content and marketing team to create SEO-friendly content and landing pages.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO industry trends.

Identify and resolve SEO-related issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and broken links.

Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.

Generate periodic performance reports and recommend actions for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the healthcare or e-commerce domain.

Must hold at least one of the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA)

Master's Degree in Computer Applications (MCA)

Technical Degree (B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc IT or similar)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Expertise in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify (preferred).

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
