Position Overview We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with a strong foundation in both on-page and off-page SEO. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies across multiple client accounts to improve search rankings, drive traffic, and maximize ROI. Relevant experience in SEO for IT or tech-based industries will be a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for websites, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building. Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical improvements (page speed, site structure, indexing, etc.). Optimize web pages for search engines and user experience (meta tags, schema markup, URL structure, etc.). Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Track keyword rankings and generate performance reports for internal and client review. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and digital marketers to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all projects. Identify opportunities for organic growth in competitive niches, especially in tech/IT-focused domains. Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a digital agency setting. Proven track record of improving organic visibility and driving results through SEO campaigns. Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies. Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic website management. Good understanding of content strategy and its role in SEO. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
