Job Description

SEO Project Manager

strategy, analytics, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end SEO campaigns for multiple clients.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
Develop on-page, off-page, and content optimization strategies.
Coordinate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices.
Monitor KPIs like organic traffic, keyword ranking, and conversions.
Prepare and present SEO performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Oversee link-building and outreach strategies (guest posting, digital PR, etc.).
Stay updated with Google algorithms, SEO trends, and emerging tools.
Ensure timely project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in SEO strategy or project management.
Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience managing small to mid-sized SEO teams or freelancers.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization is a plus.

Preferred

Agency experience managing clients across different industries.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO workflows and reporting automation.
