Job Summary

SEM Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  SEM campaigns

  on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid management.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
• Implement and manage tracking and conversion setup using

  Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  .
• Analyze performance data and user behavior using

  Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  .
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Manage and optimize

  social media ad campaigns

  across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Ensure adherence to platform policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as content, design, and web development to improve campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·   Minimum 3 years of full-time, relevant SEM experience.

·   Freelancing, part-time, or project-based experience will not be considered as valid experience.

• Strong expertise in

  Google Ads

  (Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max).
• Proven experience in

  social media advertising

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  for tracking and conversion implementation.
• Strong analytical skills using

  Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  .
• Experience with conversion tracking, funnels, and attribution models.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads or Analytics certifications.
• Experience managing medium to high budget campaigns.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO best practices.
