Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, and lead qualification strategies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills in sales development.
