SDE 3 - Backend

Classplus, India's largest B2B ed-tech start-up, is looking for a seasoned veteran with 5-7 years of product development experience to join their team. As a part of our fast-growing videolearning platform, you will be responsible for connecting business goals with consumer problems through innovative product development strategies. You will play a key role in solving scalability challenges and business logic, ensuring near 100% code coverage through test driven development. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the continuous development and deployment of services using CI/CD practices, as well as identifying and owning meaningful success metrics. You will be expected to conduct multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and drive the business forward. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable products and a deep understanding of technologies such as Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, AWS, JAVA, Python, React, Node.js, and Golang. You should be outcome-oriented, possess a strong sense of quality, and be able to define standards and best practices for code development.
