Software Development Engineer 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply strong problem-solving skills in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems
• Use Object-Oriented Programming principles to develop robust solutions
• Write efficient SQL queries for data management and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
• Solid understanding of DSA, OOPs, and SQL
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Evaluation Process:

• Offline assessment at AccioJob Pune Skill Centre
• In-person assignment
• 2 Technical Interviews
• 1 HR Round
