Key Responsibilities: - Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes meeting requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development goals and principles. - Independently design code and test major features, as well as collaborate with team members to deliver complex changes. - Manage and execute project plans and delivery commitments. - Assist directly and indirectly in continual hiring processes. Qualification Required: - B-Tech graduates from branches such as CSE, IT, ECE, EEE. - Possess strong object-oriented design and coding skills in C/C++ and/or Java, preferably on a UNIX or Linux platform. - Solid software development background including knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and test-driven development. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
