Scrum Master/Project Manager

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Agile methodologies and hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. A strong background in project management with leadership and stakeholder management skills is essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello are a must. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, experience managing cross-functional on-site teams in a fast-paced IT environment, familiarity with continuous improvement practices, and agile frameworks beyond Scrum, such as Kanban. Prior exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is also beneficial.
