Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle The ideal candidate will help ensure that the Scrum team adheres to Agile principles and practices facilitates ceremonies removes impediments and fosters a collaborative team environmentKey ResponsibilitiesFacilitate daily stand ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectivesEnsure the Scrum process is followed and coach team members on Agile values and practicesAct as a servant leader and support Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlogIdentify and remove impediments blockers to enable team deliveryPromote continuous improvement and support the team in becoming self organizedEnsure team transparency using appropriate Agile tools e g JIRA Azure DevOpsTrack sprint metrics such as velocity burndown and team health to support planning and improvement

Required Skills And Qualifications

8 to 11 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Scrum environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban and Agile project management tools e g JIRA Confluence RallyExcellent facilitation coaching mentoring and interpersonal skillsExperience in leading cross functional teams and resolving conflictsGood understanding of software development practices and lifecycle

Preferred Skills

Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe LeSS or NexusDomain experience in Telecom Banking Healthcare etc is a plusExposure to DevOps practices and CI CD pipelinesExperience working in multi team agile programsSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder managementProblem solving and analytical mindsetAbility to work under pressure and lead through influence
