Job Description

Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development practices within our cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum), and experience coaching teams toward high performance and continuous improvement. Candidate should have actual working experience on ServiceNow projects . Key Responsibilitie s:Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospective s)Act as a servant-leader and coach to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile values and practic esWork with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed, prioritized backlo gsIdentify and remove impediments that hinder team progre ssPromote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountabili tyTrack and report on team metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and burndown char tsSupport organizational Agile adoption through mentoring, training, and best practic esShield the team from external interruptions and distractio nsFoster an environment of continuous improvement through feedback and da taQualification s:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experienc e)3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environme ntCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., PSM, SAF e)Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOp s)Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skil lsExperience working with distributed or remote teams is a pl usPreferred Skill s:Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeS S)Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD process esBackground in software development or product manageme nt Show more Show less
