driving customer delight, helping them grow their business and win in their markets.We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum MasterAs a member of our R&D group, the Scrum Master is responsible to ensure that the team follow scrum and agile values and practices. This also includes mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminate team impediments. We are seeking a candidate who has experience as a scrum master, proven leadership skills, and the ability to mentor development teams.How you will contribute:
  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Manage, facilitate, and coordinate scrum events and timelines such as sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style to create self-managed teams.
  • Facilitate the team to effectively work together, identify risks, resolve problems, and remove obstacles that occur.
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of improving and problem solving.
  • Work hand in hand with Product Owners to effectively handle backlogs and new requests.
  • Guide and mentor team members and senior management on improving processes to deliver a high-quality product and improve the team's effectivity.
What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or similar
  • Certified Scrum Master - advantage
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement).
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), facilitation, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to initiate and facilitate change in the organization, and in the team.
  • Scrum Master certification – an advantage.
  • Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.) – an advantage
