Job Description

Senior Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and facilitate

    Agile ceremonies

    such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to

    manage workloads and remove impediments

    .

  • Ensure Agile best practices are followed and provide

    mentorship

    to team members.

  • Utilize

    Jira and Confluence

    for Agile project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.

  • Foster

    collaboration between business, development, and QA teams

    to ensure successful project execution.

  • Drive

    continuous process improvement

    within Agile frameworks.


Scrum Master

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree

in

Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field

.

10-12 years of Agile project execution experience

, with expertise in

time-boxed sprint events

.

Scrum Master certification

(PMI-ACP or equivalent) is

required

.

Domain experience in Medical Devices or Pharma

is

mandatory

. Advanced skills in

Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

. Strong

team leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

. Excellent

analytical, technical, and troubleshooting abilities

.
