Scrum Master

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master with around 2 years of experience in facilitating Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Scrum principles, the ability to support cross-functional teams, and the drive to continuously improve delivery processes. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to improve collaboration and efficiency.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog. Remove impediments and blockers that affect the team’s delivery.
Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure the team adheres to Agile values, practices, and agreed processes. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to align on best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on team goals. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred (Good to Have)
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent). Exposure to software development or testing environments.
Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,534.20 - ₹50,880.86 per month
