Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 8 to 20 years of experience in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate all aspects of Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlogs refinements, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlog items.
Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of Agile practices.
Coach and guide team members on Agile principles and best practices.
Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and impediments to Agile adoption.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development life cycle, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously, demonstrating expertise in scaled Agile practices.
Strong knowledge of Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and experience running all five Scrum ceremonies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate collaboratively.
Experience working with Product Owners and coaching team members on Agile principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on continuous improvement and delivery.
