THE ROLE As a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for KTLO (Keep The Lights On) and framework maintenance across banking platforms. You will guide Agile teams in executing framework upgrades, patching, and compliance activities, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience. You will serve as Scrum Master for squads managing frameworks like Java Spring, and Angular. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. You will coach teams on Agile and SAFe practices tailored to support and KTLO environments. You will collaborate with framework SMEs, release managers, and infrastructure teams to align on sprint goals. You will ensure timely delivery of patching, version upgrades, and compliance-related changes. You will track technical debt, monitor KPIs for framework stability, and support defect resolution. You will manage dependencies and resolve blockers across DevOps, security, and infrastructure. You will promote a culture of operational excellence and proactive incident prevention. You will maintain Agile metrics and documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and other tools. SKILLS You should have 8+ years of experience as a Scrum master in support or maintenance-focused environments. You should have a strong understanding of KTLO operations and framework management. You should have hands-on experience facilitating Agile delivery in DevOps or production contexts. You should have certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent. You should have experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and GitLab. You should have excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. You should have the ability to coach teams and work in hybrid Agile-Waterfall models. You should have experience in the banking or financial services sector. You should have knowledge of patching cycles, version control, and framework governance. You should have a background in application support or framework engineering.
