Scrum Master

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product managers to drive product development, ensuring desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a

  customer-centric product vision

  and maintain alignment between business priorities, development objectives, and market trends.
• Deepen understanding of customers needs, motivations, and pain points through research and analysis.
• Design product concepts, conduct user testing, and define/iterate the product roadmap.
• Work closely with UX designers, data engineers, developers, and technology teams (internal and external) to define business requirements, technical capabilities, and customer experiences.
• Oversee the development and delivery of features in the product roadmap.
• Prioritize feature development in alignment with product strategy.
• Define product usage metrics and collaborate with development teams to monitor performance.
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth product development.
• Build strong working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Own and manage product documentation to expand knowledge beyond the product team.
• Contribute to shaping product management practices and fostering an agile, user-focused, product-led culture.
